How is Tillo Stores different from Tillo Billing?
Tillo Billing is for selling to customers with GST invoices. Tillo Stores is for organisations that buy stock and issue it internally to departments, with no sales billing — such as hospitals, colleges, hotels and factories.
Can we run more than one site?
Yes. Each site keeps its own items, departments, purchases and issues. Users with access to several sites switch between them from the header.
Can we see what each department consumed?
Yes. Weekly, monthly and summary reports show issues by item and department, and every issue carries a voucher code you can trace.
Who can change or delete records?
Only roles you allow. Admins can edit and delete; issuers and purchase users only add records. Purchases, issues and deletions are kept in audit trails.
Can we import our current stock list?
Yes. Upload your items and opening stock from a file. Our team helps you prepare it during setup.
