When you fill in our contact form we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, city and anything you write in your message. We use this only to reply to you, set up a trial or demo you asked for, and send you a quote.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website — for example which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived. This uses cookies and collects information such as your browser type, device and approximate location. It does not tell us who you are.

Data in our products

When you use Tillo Billing or Tillo Stores, the business data you enter — items, bills, customers, suppliers, stock and reports — belongs to you. We store it securely in the cloud, keep each customer's data separate, and access it only to provide and support the service or when you ask us to.

Who we share information with

• Service providers who help us run the website and products, such as hosting, form delivery and analytics providers, under their own privacy terms.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and product data for as long as your account is active or as required by law (for example, tax records).
