Can we see consumption for each department?
Yes. Weekly, monthly and summary reports show what each department received, and every issue has a voucher code you can trace.
We have more than one hospital. Can each keep its own stock?
Yes. Each site keeps its own items, departments, purchases and issues. Users with access to several sites switch between them from the header.
Who can edit or delete records?
Only roles you allow. Admins can edit and delete; issuers and purchase users only add records. Deletions are kept in an audit trail.
